At Vida Custom Designs, every item is crafted with precision, passion, and personalization to meet your unique specifications. Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless there is a defect or an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is incorrect, defective, or damaged due to an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• A clear photo of the item showing the issue
• A description of the problem
• Your order number

If we determine that there was a mistake on our part, we will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Orders where incorrect information was provided by the customer
• Minor variations in color, material, or finish, as these are part of the handmade process

Cancellations & Modifications

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, production may have already begun, and changes may not be possible.
